Students must be domicile or permanent residents of Jharkhand state and must belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Backward Classes (BC).

Student Registration
- Go to the e-Kalyan Jharkhand portal.
- Go to the ‘Scholarship Registration’ section.
- Then click on the ‘Register/Sign Up button to start the registration.
- Provide your basic personal details and register.
Logging in to the Student Dashboard
- Click on Student Login.
- Log in using your registered email/login name/mobile number and password.
Filling out the Scholarship Application
