Renewal of the MYSY Scholarship

A minimum of 75% attendance at the conclusion of the semester or year and 50% of the previous final exam score are needed for the student to be eligible for a renewal of the MYSY Scholarship. The student is not eligible to renew their scholarship under the MYSY Scholarship program if this eligibility requirement is not met.

Features and Benefits of MYSY Scholarship

• The non-reserve students will also receive financial assistance under the MYSY scholarship program for the purchase of books and supplies.
• Students in dentistry and medical education programs offered by the Gujarat Medical Education Research Society would receive financial aid of Rs. 10 lakh spread over five years.
• For all categories of students, there is an age relaxation for government positions. This 5-year age relaxation is in effect.
• Training will be provided by training centers for all students who want to take the competitive exam.
• If there are no government hostels or facilities for higher study in that area, the government would additionally offer aid of Rs. 1,200 per month for ten months.
• All students who have completed their diploma programs and earned an 80% in their class 10 and 12 exams will receive Rs 25,000 each year or 50% of their tuition, whichever is less. The government will also provide free clothing, reading materials, and other materials as part of the MYSY scholarship program.

Who Can Take Benefit Of MYSY Scholarship Scheme

• All students who wish to apply for admission to a certificate or bachelor’s degree and who received 80% or higher in their class 10 or 12 grades
• Students who wish to be admitted to a bachelor’s program and have earned more than 65% in their diploma
• Students whose parents make no more than Rs 600,000 each year
