National Scholarship Portal 2022 23 Last Date: There are various types of scholarships provided through the National Scholarship Digital Scholarship Platform by various government agencies like State Government, Central Government and UGC (University Grants Commission). And this scheme has been started by the central government across the country for those students who are financially weak in completing their education. Also, it is an important digital platform where the state government and UGC, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and other government agencies provide scholarships to the economically weaker students of the country. University grants provide applications for more than 50 scholarships worth hundreds of crores from state and central governments.

Change Password in National Scholarship (a mandatory step)
After successful NSP login, the applicant will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number.
Verify OTP.
Applicants will be directed to the change the password page.
Change the password and continue.
I Forgot Password in National Scholarship
Firstly, go to the home page of the portal. Direct Link – Official Website
The home page will be displayed in front of you.
Click on Login Button
The login screen will be displayed in front of you.
Now click on Forgot Password button.
Enter Application Id and Captcha Code.
Click on Next.
Enter New Password and this will reset your password.
After this, Login again in with your Application Id and New password.
Apply for renewal in the National Scholarship Portal
Firstly, go to the home page of the portal. Direct Link – Official Website
The home page will be displayed in front of you.
Click on the Login button and then click on Apply for Renewal.
Now enter Application ID, Password and Captcha on the screen
Click on the “Login” option and apply for renewal of the application

UGC Schemes – NSP Scholarship 2022-23
The University Grants Commission (UGC) is the apex body for the higher education system of the Government of India functioning under the MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development). The University Grants Commission is also hosting some of its scholarships on National Scholarships. Also, it is the authority that accredits universities across India and also provides them with funds. The application process for NSP UGC Scholarship has started and the last date to apply for the scholarship is 31st December 2022 (Extended).
AICTE Schemes – NSP Scholarship 2022-23
AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) is the national level council for technical education functions under the Department of Higher Education, MHRD. Also, AICTE offers several scholarships for students to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder their professional careers.
The state government also provides scholarships for students who are natives of the respective state. So many state governments operate their own scholarship portal for applications, some prefer to invite applications through the National Scholarship. Currently, the National Scholarship Portal covers the state schemes of 6 different states, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Tripura, Karnataka, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh. How many scholarships can I apply for?
You can apply for as many scholarships as you want but can avail of only one. So this condition of receiving the scholarship may vary from provider to provider.
Is NSP for a general category?
No. The scholarship will be awarded in general degree courses; vocational courses, technical courses, and medical and paramedical courses (including MBBS, BAMS, BDS, B.Arch., and B.Tech).

What is the minimum percentage for scholarships?
The minimum percentage criteria for applying for any scholarship; is that the candidate must have scored more than 80% marks in the class 12 examination. And the income of the parents of the candidate should not exceed Rs. 4.5 lakhs per year.
