National Scholarship Portal 2022 Last Date: National Scholarship Portal (NSP) 2022 is a digital scholarship platform that carries multiple scholarships offered by the central government, state governments and different government agencies like UGC (University Grants Commission). The National Scholarship Portal hosts about 104 scholarship schemes worth hundreds of crores for the scholarship seekers registered on the platform. According to officials, the platform has, so far, helped the government implement and disburse scholarships worth more than INR 2,700 crores. The platform boasts of more than 127 Lakh applications out of which over 84 Lakh applications are verified also. NSP is the central portal to apply for the state level, central level, and UGC scholarship schemes. NSP registration forms are available online.

Who Can Apply through the National Scholarship Portal 2022?

• The meritorious students of SC, ST, OBC and other reserved categories can apply for NSP 2022 pre-matric and post-matric scholarships.
• Single girl children can apply for PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship offered by UGC through the National scholarship portal login.

Steps for NSP Registration 2022 through National Scholarship Portal

• Visit the official website of NSP 2.0: scholarships.gov.in
• Look for the “New Registration” tab available on the top menu, and click on it.
• A new NSP registration form 2022 will appear on the screen.
• After that, select the scholarship from the various schemes for which the candidate is eligible.
• Candidates are asked to enter their name, date of birth, mobile number, email-Id, state of domicile, category, and bank details.
• Then, upload a copy of the Bank Passbook in PDF or Jpeg Format of size 200KB and enter the captcha given on the right side.
• Click on register to submit the details at National scholarship portal 2.0 to get a unique application number.
• After this, the candidate will receive the NSP student login details like the application number and password on their registered mobile number.

• Only one application national scholarship form 2022 will be accepted by the candidate through an online NSP portal.
• Make sure to have all the required documents before applying through NSP.
• Fill out the application form carefully, especially the domicile state because the “Application ID” will be allotted based on the domicile state. Make sure to enter details correctly because the application ID cannot be changed.
