Objectives Of the PMSS Scholarship

The primary goal of establishing the PMSS is to award scholarships to the wards or widows of RPF/RPSF personnel who have passed away or are currently serving in the military, enabling them to use the funds for professional and technical courses. Depending on the recipient’s gender, different scholarship amounts will be awarded. This scholarship offers the following advantages:

  • The aspirations of several students to pursue technical and professional degrees will come true.
  • To study technical and professional courses under the PMSS, students will receive financial help.
  • Students who have lost parents in the conflicts will also receive support and educational services.
  • Each year, monthly scholarships totaling Rs. 3,000 will be awarded to female students.
  • The Boy’s Students would receive a monthly scholarship of Rs. 2500/-every year.

Features Of PMSS

  • Monthly financial aid of Rs. 3,000/- would be provided to the female students who are enrolled in technical or professional courses.
  • A scholarship of Rs. 2,500/-per month would be given to boys students.

To be eligible for online registration under PMMS, applicants must meet the requirements listed below:

  • The candidate must be an Indian national with permanent residence.
  • A technical or professional course is required of the student.
  • The application or candidate must fit within the designated beneficiary categories that the selection committee has established.
  • In the previous year’s exam, the student had to have received at least 60% of the required marks.
  • Children of dependent wards, widows of deceased CAPFs and AR, ex-CAPFs, and AR, retired and active CAPFs and AR, and State Police personnel are also eligible for this scholarship.
