Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Tika Ram Julie has said that online applications for Post Matric Scholarship Scheme will be accepted from July 1. Renewal of registration for educational institutions and registration for new educational institution will also start from June 15. Objective of Rajasthan Student Scholarship Scheme

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in this scholarship:-
- Students applying under Rajasthan Scholarship Scheme must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan. Only then can he take benefit of this scheme.
- The Government of Rajasthan provides scholarships for OBC, Backward Class and Scheduled Tribe students.
- The annual family income of Class IV, Scheduled Caste (SC, ST category) candidates should be Rs 2.50 lakh or less.
- The annual family income of Other Backward Class (OBC category) students should be Rs 1.5 lakh or less.
- Applicants should apply for any recognized school or college students.
