Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the scholarship you must follow the following eligibility criteria:-

• Applicant must be a native of Maharashtra state or belong to the border of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
• To be eligible for this scholarship the candidate must be currently in 12th class or have passed the board examination.
• The applicant should be from Maratha community.
• He/she should be studying any professional/non-professional course approved by DHE in a Government aided/non-aided/partially aided/unaided/permanent unaided college/institution.
• The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 8,00,000 from all sources.
• The candidate should be admitted to the course through general quota.
• Students complete his part-time/distance learning/correspondence courses are not eligible to apply.
• Only the first 2 children of a family are capable to apply for the scholarship.

इस छात्रवृत्ति में उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित पुरस्कार और लाभ प्रदान किए जाएंगे:-

• 100% तक ट्यूशन फीस और परीक्षा शुल्क।
• इस छात्रवृत्ति योजना के अंतर्गत मेडिकल, इंजीनियरिंग और अन्य व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम जैसे 605 से अधिक पाठ्यक्रम शामिल हैं।
• हर साल 5 लाख से अधिक छात्र छात्रवृत्ति से लाभान्वित होते हैं।
• 2,50,000 रुपये से कम वार्षिक आय सीमा के साथ सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त/गैर-सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम करने वाले छात्रों को 100% ट्यूशन शुल्क कवरेज मिलता है।
• 2,50,000 रुपये से कम वार्षिक आय सीमा वाले आंशिक रूप से सहायता प्राप्त / गैर सहायता प्राप्त / स्थायी गैर सहायता प्राप्त कॉलेज / संस्थान में व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को 50% ट्यूशन शुल्क कवरेज मिलता है।
• 2,50,000- 8,00,000 रुपये की वार्षिक आय सीमा के साथ सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त/गैर-सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम करने वाले छात्रों को 50% ट्यूशन शुल्क कवरेज मिलता है।
• 2,50,000- 8,00,000 रुपये की वार्षिक आय सीमा के साथ आंशिक रूप से सहायता प्राप्त / गैर सहायता प्राप्त / स्थायी गैर सहायता प्राप्त कॉलेज / संस्थान में व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को 50% ट्यूशन शुल्क कवरेज मिलता है।

The following terms and conditions must be considered to apply for the scholarship:-

• Candidates who received scholarship last year should apply for renewal.
• Students should not have a space of 2 years during the course.

• The applicant should not have received any scholarship/stipend from any other source during the course of study.
