Telangana ePASS Scholarships
TS ePASS Scholarships 2023–24: The Telangana government is the initiator of the Telangana ePASS 2023 scholarships. It seeks to provide various scholarships to deserving state students who are unable to pay for their further education. The state government grants scholarships each year to members of the state’s minority groups (those from economically disadvantaged classes) as well as the SC, ST, BC, and EBC categories.
Students in Telangana can use the Telangana ePASS Portal as a digital application portal for a variety of scholarships. Additionally, the portal facilitates the distribution of the scholarship funds.
Telangana ePASS Scholarships 2023: Eligibility and Category
The Telangana ePASS platform offers five scholarships in total. The list of all the scholarships, their requirements, and the types of students who are eligible to apply is provided below.
Telangana Pre-Matric Scholarships For SC, ST, BC, and PWD Students
The Telangana Pre-Matric Scholarship is open to students who fall into one of the following categories: Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Backward Classes (BC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), or Scheduled Castes (SC).
Eligibility
Students have to be Telangana residents.
The annual income of a family must not exceed INR 2,00,000.
No other Pre-Matric scholarship funded by the central government should be awarded to the student.
For students enrolled in Classes 5 through 10, there is a pre-matric scholarship available.
Oversight of the educational institutions where students are enrolled must come from the government, municipalities, municipal corporations, Mandal Praja Parishad, or Zilla Praja Parishad.
Note: “Mee-Seva” counters are required to issue and digitally sign the caste and income certificate.
The Telangana Mahatma Jyothiba Phule BC/EBC Overseas Vidya Nidhi Scholarship is open to students in the Backward Classes (BC) and Economically Backward Classes (EBC) categories.
Eligibility
Telangana residents are required to be students.
The student’s family income must not exceed INR 5,00,000 per year.
To be eligible to graduate, students had to have earned at least 60%.
The maximum age for students must be 35.
Students may apply if they wish to pursue an M.Phil. or PhD overseas.

Telangana Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship Scheme for Minorities
The Telangana Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship Scheme is open to students who identify as members of underrepresented communities.
Eligibility
Telangana residents are required to be students.
The student’s family income must not exceed INR 2,000,000 per year.
Students had to have received at least a 60% post-graduation score.
The maximum age for students must be thirty. Pupils who wish to pursue
Postgraduate, M.Phil., and Ph.D. candidates from overseas may apply.
Telangana Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi Scholarship for SC/ST Students
The Telangana Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi Scholarship for SC/ST Students is open to students who fall into the Scheduled Castes (SC) or Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories.
Eligibility
The Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC) categories must include students.
Students’ family income must not exceed INR 5,000,00 per year.
A family is limited to one applicant per child for the scholarship.
The following nations allow students to study abroad: South Korea, Japan, France, Singapore, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, and New Zealand.
Aside from a 60% graduation rate, the students also needed to have a 260 GRE, 500 GMAT, 60 TOEFL, 6.0 IELTS, and 50 PTE score.
Telangana Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship Scheme for Minorities
INR 100,000 will be given to students for living expenses and tuition.
A loan of INR 5,00,000 for education
Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi Scholarship for SC/ST Students
Ten lakh will be given to students for living expenses and tuition.
A five-lakh loan for education

Telangana ePASS: Documents Required
For the post-matric scholarships, the following documents are necessary:
The most recent passport-sized photo
Student’s Aadhar Card
the student’s name, bank account number, and the bank branch’s IFSC code (which is not necessary for EBC students) on the first page of the bank passbook
genuine certificate for each of the previous seven years that they have studied

Telangana ePASS: Step-by-Step Application Guide
Students can submit their applications with ease by following the step-by-step instructions provided below.
Go to telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in, the Telangana ePASS portal’s official website.
To begin the application process, click the “Registration” button.
Select your favourite scholarship by clicking on it. (Note: The application is available for a limited period of time.)
Enter all necessary information, including student, school, and/or college details, bank account, address, income certificate, caste certificate, and other details.
Upload scanned copies of all supporting documents in the asked format
Submit the application
Students should save their application number for future reference once their applications have been successfully submitted.
Students who wish to proceed with the renewal process must adhere to the previously mentioned procedure. They must choose “renewal registrations” in order to proceed with their applications, as opposed to choosing the new application process.
Telangana ePASS Status
Students who have applied for any of the Telangana ePASS scholarships can use the portal itself to check their TS ePASS status, or Telangana ePASS scholarship status, online. By clicking on the appropriate scholarship page, you can obtain the TS status for each scholarship.

Ans: The student’s specified bank account will receive the scholarship funds.When filling out the scholarship application form, they must make sure that they are providing their correct bank account number, IFSC code, and other information.
