CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for Single Girl Child Scholarship Renewal for the first time, students must fulfill the following requirements.
- Only the mother of the girl child should be childless to apply for this program.
- Women who have applied for class 10th and 12th examination will get this award.
- Only those students who are Indian citizens can get good benefits under this program.
- Tuition fee for female student is Rs. 1500 per month for the academic year if he/she has secured 60% or more marks in CBSE 10th and 12th paper.
- Within the next two years, the tuition fee will not increase by more than 10 percent.
- NRI applicants can apply for the scholarship through this program.

The CBSE scholarship is valid for one year only. However, in order to continue receiving financial aid for class 12, scholars have to apply for scholarship renewal. It can be renew for one year only on the basis of getting satisfactory marks in class 11th. The major terms and conditions they need to fulfill in order to apply for scholarship renewal include –

- To be eligible for renewal, girl students should be promotes to class 12 with 50% or more marks in class 11 exam.
