Performance Details
The applicant must consider the following performance details before participating in any game:-
- In Athletics, only individual events will be considered. Cross country events will not be considered.
- In Archery all categories like Recurve, Compound and Indian Round will be considered for selection.
- In swimming, only individual events will be considered and categories such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly will be considered.
- Events under Artistic Gymnastics will be considered.
- Beach Kabaddi will not be considered in Kabaddi.
- In volleyball, beach volleyball will not be considered.
- In Football, participation in Futsal/7 A-side Football will not be considered.
- In Hockey, 5-a-side tournaments will not be reasoned.
- In chess, only events under classical time control shall be considered.
- In case of Team Games, representation in the latest National level tournament (National tournament immediately preceding the date of advertisement) will be considered.
- If there are more eligible candidates than the vacancy, then the player representing the state who has reached higher level at the national level will be considered. If there is more than one candidate who has reached the same level in the National Championship, preference will be given to the player who is younger in age.
- In case of individual sports, the ranking/position in the latest National Tournament (National Tournament immediately preceding the date of advertisement) will be considered.
- If there are more candidates than the vacancy, the player with better ranking will be consideres.
- In case of equal ranking in two different levels (for example sub-junior and junior), priority will be give to the player participating in the senior level of the two.
- In any sport, the sports federation of that sport is not recognize by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the scholarship will not be given in that sport.
इंडियन ऑयल स्पोर्ट स्कॉलरशिप की अवधि
इस छात्रवृत्ति की कुल अवधि तीन वर्ष है।
- एक वर्ष पूरा होने के बाद, राज्य स्तर, राष्ट्रीय स्तर और अखिल भारतीय रैंकिंग टूर्नामेंट में प्राप्त प्रदर्शन के आधार पर खिलाड़ी के प्रदर्शन की समीक्षा की जाएगी।
- इस आधार पर इस छात्रवृत्ति को दूसरे वर्ष के लिए बढ़ाया जाएगा।
- तीसरे वर्ष का विस्तार दूसरे वर्ष के खेल प्रदर्शन के आधार पर होगा
- यदि खिलाड़ी का प्रदर्शन पहले वर्ष में अच्छा नहीं रहा तो प्रबंधन छात्रवृत्ति समाप्त कर सकता है
- यदि छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ लेते समय विद्वान की आयु 19 वर्ष हो जाती है तो विस्तार योग्यता पर निर्भर होगा।
