ICCR Scholarship: The Indian Council for Cultural Relations offers a variety of scholarship programs to foreign students. ICCR currently operates 23 different scholarship schemes managed by 18 Regional Offices across India, benefiting 3500 students every year. These scholarships are for students pursuing UG/PG/M.Phil./Ph.D. in vocational courses like engineering, agriculture, etc, and dance, music, Indian theatre, cuisine, yoga/art courses

FAQs on ICCR Scholarship

Who is eligible for ICCR Scholarship?
Applicants’ age should be between 18-30 years i.e. not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years. However, the upper age limit can be relaxed between 30 to 45 years for Ph.D. courses depending on the institute from the institute.

How to Apply for ICCR Scholarship 2022?
Online applications should be submitted through ICCR portal latest by 30 April 2022. Please visit the website of the University/Institute and research the courses offered, eligibility criteria, and general information about the University/Institute before applying for admission.

When can I apply for ICCR Scholarship 2022?
The date of opening of the ICCR A2A portal for admission is 25 January 2022. The last date for submission of applications by the students is 30 April 2022.

Is the ICCR Scholarship open for 2022?
Online applications may please be submitted through the A2A portal and the procedures and criteria governing these scholarships are given at www.a2scholarships.iccr.gov.in. A2A Scholarship Portal will be operational from January 25, 2022.

How to win an ICCR scholarship?
Only students proficient in English can apply for admission as all teaching will be in English. For AY 2021-22, a 500-word essay in English has been introduced to ascertain English proficiency. Apart from this, students can also submit their TOEFL/IELTS, etc. Standardize test scores, if available.
