Post Matric Scholarship 2022-23: The objective of the scheme is to provide scholarships to meritorious students from economically weaker sections of the minority community to provide them better opportunities for higher education, increase their attainment rate in higher education and increase their employability.
Bihar Post Matric Scholarship PMS Online Form 2022-23
The government of Bihar invites online application forms for Post Matric Scholarship for BC & EBC Category and SC & ST Category Students for the Academic Year 2022-23 through PMS Online Portal (www.pmsonline.bih.nic.in). Bihar Post Matric Scholarship for SC and ST and Chief Minister Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC and ST Category for the academic session 2022-23 will be started online from 05 November 2022 on PMS Portal and its Mobile App.

There is no application fee required for the Post Matric Scholarship application form.
Eligibility Criteria for Post Matric Scholarship Bihar
Backward Classes and Most Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Post-Entry Scholarship Scheme are operated for the permanent residents of Bihar State, for the students of Backward Classes and Most Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Under this scheme, the following students will be able to apply for a post-graduate scholarship. Backward Classes and Most Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Post-Entry Scholarship Scheme, Permanent Residents of Bihar State Backward Classes and Most Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Operated for the students.
According to this scheme, the following students will be able to apply for post-graduate scholarships.
एक आवेदक बिहार राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए। (वह बिहार राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।)
आवेदक की जाति राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अनुसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति की सूची में सम्मिलित हो। (आवेदक की जाति राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अनुसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति की सूची में सम्मिलित हो।)
प्रवेशोत्तर छात्रवृत्ति के लिए संबंधित विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित पात्रता के अनुसार वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए आवेदक सहित माता-पिता/अभिभावकों की अधिकतम कुल वार्षिक आय 3 लाख रुपये तक होनी चाहिए। तथा अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति के आवेदक के माता-पिता/अभिभावकों की वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 से आय सीमा को बढ़ाकर 3 लाख कर दिया गया है। भविष्य में माता-पिता/अभिभावकों के अधिकतम लाभ के संबंध में संबंधित विभाग द्वारा जारी आदेश को लागू माना जाएगा।
प्रवेशोत्तर छात्रवृत्ति योजना के तहत केवल मैट्रिक/प्रवेश परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद उच्च कक्षाओं में पढ़ने वाले छात्र ही छात्रवृत्ति के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
एक स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम को उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद दूसरे समकक्ष पाठ्यक्रम अर्थात आई.एस.सी. में अध्ययन के लिए छात्रवृत्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे। आई.ए., बी.ए. की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद। बीकॉम की परीक्षा पास करने के बाद और एमएससी एमए कक्षा में पढ़ने के बाद छात्रवृत्ति नहीं दी जाएगी।
पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग में प्रवेश उपरांत छात्रवृत्ति आवेदक के माता-पिता के केवल 2 (दो) पुत्रों को ही प्रदान की जायेगी। यह नियम बेटियों पर लागू नहीं होगा, लेकिन अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति पर यह नियम लागू नहीं होगा।

Now you have to click on the option named Student Corner present on the homepage and a new page will open on your screen.
Click on Fresh Registration Option
Now you have to select your district
The application form will be displayed on your screen.
Enter your basic information.

A user ID will be generated.
So you need to keep the User ID and Password safe.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the scholarship the applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria:-
आवेदक पश्चिम बंगाल में अधिवासित होना चाहिए
आवेदक पश्चिम बंगाल के अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग से संबंधित होना चाहिए
आवेदक को शैक्षणिक बोर्ड / राज्य / केंद्र सरकार के विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल / संस्थान में कक्षा 11 से पीएचडी स्तर तक का अध्ययन करना चाहिए
आवेदक को पिछली परीक्षा में कम से कम 50% अंक या समकक्ष प्राप्त होना चाहिए
आवेदक की पारिवारिक आय INR 2 लाख प्रति वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए

What is the amount of the NSP Scholarship for Post Matric? Students from 11th to 12th under Post Matric Scholarship Rs. 6000 per student and under degree, PG student, the post-matric scholarship will get Rs. 6000 to Rs. 12000 per student.
What is Post Matric Qualification? Post-Matric is a student who has already appeared in the Matriculation Examination (NSC) and wishes to retake one or more subjects to obtain the desired pass level for further studies.
Can I apply for both NSP and Post Matric Scholarship? If you are applying for an NSP scholarship then you cannot apply for two scholarships at a time as it is a criterion for NSP that if you are taking one of the scholarships then you can avail of any other scholarship can.
