Saksham Scholarship Scheme – Main Eligibility
AICTE has prescribed certain eligibility conditions for the students to fulfill in order to be eligible for the Saksham scholarship scheme. These terms are based on a student’s academic merit, level of disability, and financial need. However, the selection of the candidates is done purely on the basis of merit obtained by them in the qualifying examination. The application process for Saksham Scholarship Scheme is available online. What percentage is required for the Pragati scholarship?
Reservation – 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, and 27% for OBC candidate/applicant. Out of the total number of scholarships in each scheme, 50% of the scholarships are available at each degree/diploma level and are also transferable in the event of the non-availability of an eligible applicant at any degree/diploma level program.
