PM YASASVI Scholarship 2024: Applications for the entrance exam for the PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India (PM YASASVI Scheme 2024) are now being accepted through the National Testing Agency (NTA). Under this programme, which was developed by the Indian government’s Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, awards will be given to 30,000 deserving students.
Students in the De-Notified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (DNT), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Backward Classes (EBC) categories have the opportunity to receive annual scholarships worth INR 75,000 to INR 1,25,000.
Objectives
In order to offer scholarships to students from various impoverished sections, the Government of India’s Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJ&E) established the PM Young Achievers Scholarship Grant Scheme for Vibrant India (YASASVI). PM YASASVI Scholarship 2024: Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to the entrance exam, candidates must fulfil the requirements listed below:
- The candidate needs to be a permanent resident of India.
- One of the following categories—OBC, EBC, DNT, SAR, NT, or SNT—must apply to the candidate.
- To sit for the tenth-grade exams in the 2024 session, applicants for the PM YASASVI Scheme 2024 must have finished the eighth grade.
- A maximum of Rs. 2.5 lakh should be the combined annual income of the applicant’s parents.
- Candidates for the ninth grade must be born between March 31, 2008, and April 1, 2004.
- The eleventh grade requires applicants to be born between April 1, 2004, and March 31, 2008.
- Applications of any gender are welcome for this programme.

PM YASASVI Scholarship 2024: Online Registration
- To apply for the programme, go to the YASASVI scheme’s official website, which is accessible through the NTA website.
- You have to choose the “Register” option from the menu on the right side of the page.
- A new page titled Candidate Registration Page will open in front of you when you click the Register button.
- Before hitting the “create account” button, you must input the candidate’s name, email address, date of birth (D.O.B. ), and password on the candidate registration screen.

- Go to yet.nta.ac.in to access the YASASVI scheme’s official webpage.
- Locate the registration link on the left side of the page, then select “New Candidate Register Here.”
- After completing the online registration process, make a note of the application number that the system produced. This is required for completing the remaining steps on the form as well as for any future letters or references.
- Candidates can log in and finish the application form by entering their personal information, requesting to take a particular class exam, choosing their preferred exam city, and other tasks now that the system has generated it.
- Once all the information has been carefully entered, submit the application.
