National Scholarship Portal or NSP Scholarship 2021-22 Notification was recently released by the University Grants Commission, UGC. Thereby the last date to apply for various UGC scholarships is today – November 30, 2021. Candidates can submit their applications on the official website – scholarship.gov.in.
So NSP Scholarship 2021-22 will be given under four schemes as per the official notice. And According to the guidelines, both regular and full-time students can apply for these scholarships. However, they must be a part of UGC-recognized institutions.
And Candidates should also note that once the application is submitted, verification will be done. Therefore the process will end on December 15, 2021, after which a confirmation will be given to the candidates. So The UGC has further advised all the institutions to try to complete the verification process by December 10, 2021.

और उम्मीदवारों को यह भी ध्यान देना चाहिए कि एक बार आवेदन जमा करने के बाद, सत्यापन किया जाएगा। इसलिए प्रक्रिया 15 दिसंबर, 2021 को समाप्त हो जाएगी, जिसके बाद उम्मीदवारों को एक पुष्टिकरण दिया जाएगा। यूजीसी ने आगे सभी संस्थानों को 10 दिसंबर, 2021 तक सत्यापन प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने का प्रयास करने की सलाह दी है।

Where to Apply Scholarship 2021-22?
To avail of various government scholarships and help students apply for them, one has to register on NSP through student login. Before applying for the scholarship, students must ensure that their current educational institution is registered on the portal. If the institute is not registered on the portal, the student will not be able to apply for any scholarship. The portal also has a provision for institutions to register themselves, if not already registered.

So The application process for all the scholarships is simple as there is a single application window for all the scholarships. To start the application process, students are primarily required to register on the portal. Thereafter, they can proceed to fill out the application form by logging into the user dashboard. Follow the steps given below to make a successful application –
- Visit the official website of NSP (National Scholarship Portal).
- Before registering, ensure that your institute is registered on the portal by clicking on the ‘Search for Institute’ button.
- If your institute is not registered, please ask your institute to register on the portal first.
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ button.
- And Read all the registration guidelines carefully and click on ‘Continue’ to proceed.
- Fill in all the mandatory fields which are marked with an asterisk ‘*’, and click on the ‘Register’ button.
- On successful registration, an Application ID and Password will be given to your registered mobile number.
