Step 1: New student registration

• Visit the official UP Government Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Online System website at scholarship.up.gov.in.

• Choose “New Registration” after clicking on the “Student” section.

• Complete all required fields that have an asterisk (*). On “Submit,” to register, click.

• Save the registration slip printout for your records.
